Darth Garlic is first graduate from the R&D initiative and progenitor of the Cape Town Collection biltong product line, rooted deep in the tradition of South African-style meat snacks. We turned up the dose of black garlic to give this amazingly tender meat snack a savory, earthy flavor. With 32g of protein, 0 grams of sugar and <1g of carbs per bag, this biltong packs a punch for anyone looking to get their protein fix without sacrificing flavor.
